About QuillAndStar
QuillAndStar is a one-person shop run by Iaroslav Pavlov in Paterna, near Valencia, Spain. It makes printable planners, party games, kids' activities and Christmas printables, and a set of invitations and letters you fill in online.
The shop sells on Etsy. This site shows the whole catalog in one place and links each product to its Etsy listing, where you pay. Etsy handles payment and sends your download link.
How delivery works
- Buy the product on Etsy.
- Download the files from your Etsy order page. Etsy also emails you the download link.
- For products you fill in online, open orders.quillandstar.shop and enter your Etsy order number. The same link is in the PDF you download from Etsy. Type your details, check the preview and download your files.
Printed products are made to order by a print partner in or near your country and sent to the address on your Etsy order, with tracking.
Frequently asked questions
Do you mail anything?
Printables are digital files, and nothing is mailed. Only products described as printed items are shipped.
What paper size do the files use?
US Letter and A4, and some products add other sizes, such as 5 x 7 in. Each product page lists its files.
I bought an editable product. Where do I fill it in?
Go to orders.quillandstar.shop and enter your Etsy order number. You can edit and download as often as you like for 30 days after you first open your personal page.
I made a typo in my personalized file. What now?
Fix it on your personal page; a couple of corrections are included. If you run out, message us and we'll reset it.
Can I share the files or sell the prints?
No. The files are for your own personal use, which includes your own party, family or classroom.
Can I return a digital download?
Digital downloads can't be returned. If a file won't open or has a mistake, email us and we'll sort it out.
