Buying

This site is a catalog. You buy our products on Etsy, and Etsy's Terms of Use and our shop policies on Etsy apply to your order, payment, refunds and delivery. If something here differs from the Etsy listing, the listing is what you bought.

Your Personal Order Page

Some products come with a personal page where you fill in names or add a photo and download your file. The link is for you. Please don't post it publicly. If a link is shared widely, we may turn it off.

Using Our Files

The files are for your own personal use, which includes your own party, family or classroom. Please don't resell, share or upload them anywhere, including edited versions. The designs, text and pictures on this site and in our files belong to QuillAndStar.

What You Add

When you type names or add a photo, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that they are not unlawful or hurtful to anyone. We use them only to make your file, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our Social Media and YouTube

We post videos of our own products on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Threads. We publish them with our own internal tool, which uses the YouTube API Services to upload videos to our own channel. Watching our videos on YouTube is covered by the YouTube Terms of Service (www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). Our Privacy Policy explains what data the tool keeps.

Liability

We try to keep the site accurate and working, but it may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you live in another country in the EU or elsewhere, you keep the protection of the consumer laws that apply there.
