Editable Surprise Gift Ticket

You bought the concert seats, booked the weekend away or found a table near the stage, and now you want to hand the news over in a way that feels like an occasion. This ticket has a tear-off stub, a seat line and a bar code, so it looks like the real thing tucked inside a birthday card.

Every word on it is yours. The event line can say Live in Concert, A Weekend Away, Broadway Night or anything else, and below it go the date, the time, the venue with its city, the section, row and seat, the name it admits and a short note. If you leave the seat fields blank, the seat boxes disappear, which works better for a trip.

The four designs are Vintage Stub on cream paper with a red border, Modern Minimal in white with a black stub, Retro 70s with orange and brown stripes, and Navy & Gold with a script title. A phone version puts the ticket under a big line such as "Surprise!" for sending by text.

• Four designs: Vintage Stub, Modern Minimal, Retro 70s, Navy & Gold
• 7 x 2.75 in ticket with stub, seat line and a decorative bar code that doesn't scan
• Two copies on a US Letter or A4 sheet with crop marks
• 7 x 2.75 in print-shop file with 0.125 in bleed
• Phone image, 1080 x 1920 px, with a big line of your own above the ticket
• Editable lines: top line, event, line under the event, date, time, venue, city, section, row, seat, who it admits, note, ticket number, phone headline

Print at Actual size (100%) on matte card stock between 80 and 110 lb (216 to 300 gsm) and cut on the crop marks. The color extends slightly past the marks, so a cut that drifts a little still leaves no white edge.
