There is one page for each week of pregnancy, and each has room for a bump photo, your weight and bump size, how big the baby is compared to something familiar, your mood, energy, sleep and appetite, a symptom checklist, cravings and a short note to the baby. The pages aren't dated, so you start on whatever week you're in.
Around the weekly pages are the practical ones: an appointment log with notes pages, a kick counter, a contraction timer, a two-page birth plan and a hospital bag checklist for you, the baby and your partner. Take the appointment notes and the birth plan to your visits. There are also planning pages for the nursery, baby names, essentials, the budget and shower gifts.
The last section is the keepsake part: a letter to the baby for each trimester, your birth story, a "Hello, baby!" page for birth details and the first photo, and a plan for the first weeks at home. It's a place for memories and notes and doesn't replace your doctor's or midwife's advice.
