Concert Planner and Ticket Log

A concert takes planning well before the doors open: ticket sale dates, seats or a standing number, a budget, travel, an outfit and a meeting point for your group. This planner gives each show four pages for that, which you print again for every concert. The show day page has a timeline, a queue checklist and a list of merch to buy.

After the show, the keepsake pages hold the night. There's a set list page with 30 numbered songs and a heart for favorites, five ticket-shaped frames for stubs, wristband strips and larger frames for passes or full-size tickets, and a review page that rates sound, stage, crowd and venue.

The rest covers the whole year: a show calendar, a ticket sale tracker, a concert bucket list, logs for shows, merch and venues, a festival planner for three days of acts, spending by month and a 100-square ticket fund. At the end, a recap page and a set of your own show awards sum up the year. Nothing is dated, so you can start in whatever month suits you.

In the print dialog, set the scale to Actual size (100%). Print the ticket stub and wristband pages on card stock if you plan to glue tickets onto them; full-size paper tickets fit the larger frames on the wristbands and passes page. The A5 file fits a six-ring binder: punch the holes yourself or use clear A5 sleeves.
