Save to PinterestA cookie swap needs more organizing than it looks, and this kit has a page for each part of it. The host guide walks through running the exchange step by step. There's a full-page invitation and two smaller ones to fill in, a rules sign with seven rules, and a sign-in sheet where up to 20 bakers write down their cookie, how many dozen they brought and any allergens.
On the table, each batch gets a folded tent card with the cookie's name, the baker and boxes to tick for nuts, dairy, gluten and eggs. There are 24 number cards to set by the plates. Guests rate what they taste on a tasting notes sheet, vote on ballots for Best Cookie, Most Festive and Prettiest Cookie, and a judge can use the scorecard for taste, looks, creativity and festive spirit. Seven award certificates cover the winners, and one is blank so you can make up your own category.
For going home, there are box labels, gift tags, to/from tags and thank-you cards. Guests can share recipes on the recipe cards, and the recipe collection cover turns them into a small booklet to keep.
In the print dialog, set the scale to Actual size (100%). Print the signs, tent cards, number cards, gift tags and certificates on card stock. Print the recipe card pages once per guest. Dashed lines show where to cut, and the tent cards have a fold line marked.
