Secret Santa Questionnaire and Gift Exchange Kit

The kit covers a Secret Santa from the first invitation to the reveal. The organizer guide sets out six steps and has a box for the budget and dates. The invitation takes the date, place, gift budget, sign-up deadline and RSVP, and the sign-up sheet has room for 20 people with boxes to tick when a form is in and when a gift is ready.

Each person fills in a questionnaire so that their Secret Santa knows what to buy. The full-page version asks for 12 favorites, sizes, allergies, things they'd rather not get and three gift ideas. A second page, This or That, has 20 quick pairs to tick, and the two half-page cards are shorter. There are 10 wish lines, and each has space for the store or link and the size or color that fits.

To draw names there are 16 slips, and a 20-row match list keeps a private record for the organizer. A poster sets out eight rules along with the spending limit and gift due date. Twelve tags are signed "From: Your Secret Santa", and six guess cards are for the reveal. The pages are red and pine green with gold stars and holly.

In the print dialog, set the scale to Actual size (100%). Make one copy of a questionnaire and the wish list for each person, and as many slips, tags and cards as your group needs. Gift tags and guess cards hold up better on card stock. Cut the slips, tags and cards along the dashed lines.
