Diamond painters tend to have a few canvases open at once, a box of leftover drills and a list of kits they want next. This printable puts all of that on paper. Every canvas gets a project log with the shop, artist, size, color count and total drills, plus a 10 by 10 progress grid where each square stands for one percent. Six milestone lines run from 25% done to framed, and there's a space to glue a photo when you finish.
The color chart pages have 24 rows for copying the legend off the canvas: drill number, symbol, color, bags and how many the kit needs. Tick Short when a bag runs low and you'll know which colors to ask the shop for. Spares go on the drill stash pages, which hold 78 drill numbers with separate counts for square, round and AB drills and the box or slot where they live.
The rest covers what happens around the canvas. A project index lists 22 kits, the kit stash keeps track of boxes you haven't opened, and the wishlist ranks kits you'd like to buy. There's a session log for hours, a spending page, a year overview and two gallery pages for 12 finished pieces.
