Save to PinterestThis bingo uses pictures instead of numbers, so a preschooler can sit at the same table as the older kids. Each card has 24 pictures around a free ghost square in the middle: pumpkins, bats, black cats, witch hats, candy corn and more. The word for each picture is printed under it.
There are 50 cards and no two are the same. We also made sure that no two cards have a complete winning line in common, so a single call can't produce two winners with the same row. Every picture shows up on exactly 30 cards.
For the caller there is a sheet of 40 picture cards to cut out and pull from a bowl, plus a checklist to mark what has been called. That makes it quick to check a card when someone shouts bingo. The rules page shows the winning patterns.
Pages 2 to 4 (rules, checklist, caller cards) only need printing once. After that, print one bingo card for each player. Set the scale to Actual size (100%). With the two-per-page files, cut every sheet down the middle. Cards printed on 65 to 110 lb (176 to 300 gsm) card stock hold up well, and sheet protectors let kids mark them with a dry-erase marker.
Up to 50, each with their own card. For a smaller party, print only the cards you need.
The pictures are cute: smiling pumpkins, friendly ghosts, a sleepy owl. There is nothing gory in the set.
Candy corn, wrapped sweets or pumpkin seeds work well, or a dry-erase marker on cards in sheet protectors.
