During a treatment cycle there are a lot of small things to hold onto: which dose goes in at what time, what the nurse said on the phone, when the next scan is, which bill insurance still owes you. This planner puts them on paper. Print a fresh set of the cycle pages for each round, so every attempt has its own record.
The medication pages cover a medication list with refills, two injection logs with a column to tick each dose off, and a belly map for rotating injection sites. For the clinic side there are monitoring and follicle tables, appointment notes, a list of questions to take along, and pages for retrieval day, the embryo report, transfer day and the two-week wait.
Money gets two pages: a running costs tracker and a budget with what insurance covers. Four "How I'm feeling" pages, a self-care list and a cycle review are there for the rest. The design has no baby pictures. The planner is for your own notes and does not replace advice from your care team.
