Photocard Collection Tracker

This tracker is for collectors who keep their cards in a binder and want to know what they have, what they're missing and where each card came from. The five My Photocards pages hold 40 cards, eight to a page. Each slot has a frame where you sketch the card or glue in a mini print, plus its name, set or version, card type, price paid and binder page, with Have, Want and Trade boxes. A collection overview tracks 14 sets with a progress bar each, and a binder index shows which pages hold which set.

The wishlist has room for 40 cards with a heart scale for priority, a maximum price and a Got It box, and the Most Wanted page narrows it to six with the seller and price seen. Trades get their own section: two pages log 40 trades with what you sent, what came back and the tracking number. Other pages cover trade partners with a star rating, duplicates to swap or sell, and plans for two in-person meetup trades.

The money side covers group orders and pre-orders with Paid, Sent and Here boxes, monthly purchases with shipping, and a year of spending split into photocards, albums and merch, and shipping and fees. You can also log pop-up stores and events and keep a ticket or photo from each. A supplies checklist and cut-out binder labels finish the set. The A5 file fits A5 six-ring binders and most photocard binders.

In the print dialog, set the scale to Actual size (100%). The A5 file fits an A5 binder: punch the holes yourself or use clear A5 sleeves. The card slots are small, so write in them with a fine pen or a pencil. Spine labels and tabs hold their shape better when the binder labels are printed on card stock.
