Editable Price List Template

You type each service on one line with a dash before the price, such as "Gel manicure – 35", and the editor lines up the dots and the prices. A second dash adds a small note under the service, like "toner included". There are up to four sections with ten lines each, and every section gets its own heading, such as "Nails", "Lashes" or "Cakes".

Choose the currency once ($, €, £, the euro sign after the number, or none) and it's added to every plain number. A price typed in words, such as "ask us", or with its own sign stays as you wrote it. A short list prints in larger text. A long one gets smaller and moves into two columns by itself.

At the bottom of the page there's room for a note about deposits or booking rules, a contact line and an optional QR code. Paste a link to your booking page, payment page, website or Instagram, add a few words under the code such as "Scan to book", and scan the finished page once with your phone to make sure it opens the right place. The top of the page has your business name, a line under it, a title and your initials in a circle.

In the print dialog, set the scale to Actual size (100%). Heavy matte paper or card stock of 80 to 110 lb (216 to 300 gsm) looks best, and a print shop can laminate the page or frame it. Black & Gold has a dark background across the whole page, so have a print shop print it or use it as an image. Scan the QR code with your phone before you print.
