Teacher Planner 2026-2027

This planner puts a school year in one binder. The twelve monthly calendars are dated from August 2026 to July 2027 and start on Sunday. School holidays aren't printed on them, so you add your own school's dates.

The set-up pages come first: your classes and duties, the year at a glance, important dates by month, goals, a weekly timetable, a roster for 30 students, birthdays, two seating charts (36 seats in rows or six table groups) and a tracker for IEP, 504, ELL and intervention support. Planning pages follow, from a curriculum map and unit plan down to weekly and daily lesson plans and a to-do list sorted into copy, grade, email and prep.

The record pages cover a gradebook for 30 students and 15 assignments, monthly attendance, missing work, behavior, parent contacts and conference notes. When you're away, the substitute information page and a sub plan tell the substitute what to do. Reprint the weekly plans, gradebook and attendance as often as you need.

Choose Actual size (100%) when printing. Punch the pages and keep them in a 1-inch or 1.5-inch binder with tab dividers. Print the weekly lesson plan double-sided with the teacher to-do list, and each week fits on one sheet.
