Save to PinterestA bound guest book usually ends up in a drawer. This one is a poster: your names sit in the middle, the date and venue underneath, and everything around them is left open for guests to write on during the day. After the wedding it goes in a frame on your wall.
It's printed on uncoated matte paper with no shiny layer on top, so ballpoint and gel ink soak in and dry quickly. Stand it on an easel by the entrance with a stiff board behind it, or lay it flat on the gift table.
The larger size holds about 220 signatures, or around 110 if people add a line or two. For a smaller wedding the 16 x 24 in poster is plenty. We check the spelling of every order before it goes to print and message you on Etsy if anything looks off.
We print the poster to order on 200 gsm semi-gloss poster paper and ship it unframed. It fits a standard frame of the size you choose.
Go by the guest list. The 16 x 24 in poster fits roughly 100 signatures, the 24 x 36 in one roughly 220. Longer messages take about twice the space.
Ballpoint, gel and fine felt tips. Very wet, thick markers can bleed on any uncoated paper, so test yours on a back corner first.
At least three weeks before the wedding. Printing takes 3 to 5 days and delivery comes on top.
