Birthday Scavenger Hunt for Kids

Each clue card leads to the spot where the next card is hidden, and the last one leads to the present. The hunt comes in four sets so it fits the child. Kids aged 4 to 7 get short rhymes that point to places like the fridge, the bathtub and the toy box. Ages 8 to 12 get "What am I?" riddles about things around the house. There's a backyard set with the garden hose, the mailbox and the swing, and a picture set for children who can't read yet.

Each riddle card also hides a secret letter. Older kids collect all 12, then use the code breaker page to work out the password, like in an escape room. For younger guests at a party, the picture hunt has 16 party things to spot, with no reading needed.

Because the clues work in any order, you can skip the ones that don't fit your home. A setup planner helps you remember where each card went, the answer key covers all 36 written clues, and two "The Last Clue" cards let you write or draw the final hiding place. A "You Found It!" sign goes on the gift, and there's a certificate for the winner.
