Editable Wedding Program

You get two formats from one set of details. For the folded program you print both sides of one Letter or A4 sheet and fold it in half. Your names go on the cover, the order of ceremony and wedding party fill the inside, and the back carries a thank-you. The 5x7 card holds the same text on its two sides, printed two to a sheet or as a single card for a print shop.

The order of ceremony takes up to 16 parts. When you type "Reading – Emily Carter", the name lines up on the right, joined to the item by a dotted line. The wedding party takes up to 16 roles, set in two columns once the list gets long, and you name each role the way your family does. On the back there's room for a monogram or a photo of the two of you, a few words for loved ones who can't be there, the reception details and a wedding hashtag.

Classic Ivory is cream with a thin double frame and script and serif lettering. Sage Greenery has drawn eucalyptus in the corners and calligraphy names. Modern Black & White is white paper, spaced capitals and one thin line. You fill everything in on our website with a live preview and download a print-ready PDF.

• Folded program: US Letter (folds to 5.5 x 8.5 in) or A4 (folds to A5)
• 5x7 in cards: two on a Letter or A4 sheet with crop marks, or one card with bleed for a print shop
• Cover: line above the names, both names with an ampersand, a plus sign or the word "and" between them, date and time, place and address
• Order of ceremony: up to 16 parts, a heading you choose and a line under it

Choose double-sided printing at Actual size (100%). For the folded program pick "flip on short edge" and fold the sheet in half; for the cards, cut on the crop marks. Run one test copy first to see that the sides line up. For the folded program, anything from 105 to 216 gsm works: 28–32 lb text or 65–80 lb cover, matte paper or light card stock. Flat cards need something heavier: 80 to 110 lb cover stock.
