Editable Wedding Welcome Sign

Classic Black & White has a script "Welcome", names in capitals and a double frame with corner scrolls. Sage Greenery has drawn eucalyptus in two corners and calligraphy names. Stained Glass Garden is an arched window of colored panes with a row of leaded flowers, and Modern Photo puts your own photo across the top half with the names in calligraphy below.

The lettering and artwork are vector, so the text and drawings print sharp even at 24 x 36 in. Every size is its own file with the right proportions, so the print shop doesn't need to crop anything. Letter and A4 versions suit a table frame or a tabletop easel.

You type the text on our website and watch the sign change. The big word at the top can be "Welcome", "Bienvenue" or anything up to 20 letters, or nothing at all. First names alone print biggest, and a long full name moves onto two lines by itself. A small line at the bottom takes a note like "Please choose a seat, not a side."

Give the print shop the PDF as it is and ask them to print at Actual size (100%). Matte poster paper photographs without glare. If it's going on an easel, have it mounted on 3/16 in (5 mm) foam board so it won't bend. Classic Black & White also prints well as a low-cost engineering print; mount that one on foam board, since engineering paper is thin. At home, print the Letter or A4 file on matte card stock.
