Editable Student Award Certificates

Making 25 certificates one at a time is slow. Here you paste the class list into one box, one student per line, and download a single PDF with a landscape certificate for each child. A column copied from a spreadsheet works fine.

Every student can get their own award. "Noah Bennett - Math Whiz" puts Math Whiz on Noah's certificate, and a second dash adds a line only he gets, such as "for solving every puzzle we threw at him". If you enter only a name, the certificate uses the award and line set for the whole class. There are 40 award ideas to tap, from Star Student and Kindest Heart to Handwriting Hero and Class Comedian, or you can type your own.

Choose School Days (blue frame with an apple, a pencil, books and crayons), Boho Rainbow (terracotta frame with rainbows and suns), Bright Stars (blue and yellow frame with confetti stars) or Classic Navy & Gold (navy border, gold rules, gold seal). Two signature lines take Teacher and Principal, a coach or a room parent, printed in a handwriting font or left blank for signing by hand.

Choose landscape and Actual size (100%) in the print dialog. They look best on bright white card stock, anything from 176 to 300 gsm (65–110 lb), though plain printer paper is fine too. The Letter version matches ready-made 8.5 x 11 in certificate frames and document holders.
